  • Managed the bio aerosol (“mold”) business area for Texas by in-house teaching and mentoring to facilitate individuals becoming licensed as Mold Assessment Consultants or Technicians and the company becoming licensed as a Mold Assessment Company with the Texas Department of State Health Services.
  • Established and supervised the hazardous solid waste program.
  • Established a program to ensure that specific (mercury) waterborne wastes did not enter the sanitary sewer to abate a previous citation resulting in successfully passing a follow-on inspection and annual audits by the City of Fort Worth, Texas.
  • Directed the abatement of and received required discharge permits after a previous air pollution citation for unauthorized discharge of “air toxics” over the allowable concentration at the property line.
  • Directed the corporate wide gathering of chemical information and filed first time reports  under the USEPA Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act of 1986 (SARA Title III).
  • Developed a professional relationship with regulatory agencies and the local industrial community resulting in my election to the Board of the local professional society and establishing communications and networking within the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
